This Privacy Policy describes how Commerce AI Studio ("we", "our", or "the service") handles information when users visit this website or use our developing ecommerce marketing application. The application is currently under development; integrations described below apply only if and when enabled.

1. Information we collect

We may process information users provide, including account identifiers, business or store information, product details, images, creative drafts and support communications. If a user explicitly connects a third-party service such as Pinterest, we may receive account identifiers, board information, Pins, permissions and authorization tokens within the approved scopes. We do not request social media passwords.

2. How we use information

We use information to operate requested features, prepare and review content, connect authorized accounts, publish content only following user authorization, troubleshoot issues and protect the service. We do not sell personal information.

3. Connected services and permissions

Connections to Pinterest or other platforms are optional and subject to the user's consent and each platform's policies. Access is limited to permissions necessary for enabled features. Users can revoke access through the connected platform's settings. Publishing features are not currently generally available.

4. Storage, security and retention

During development, some data may be stored locally in the user's browser or development environment. If hosted services are introduced, relevant information may be processed by infrastructure and technology providers necessary to operate the service. We aim to apply access controls and protect credentials and tokens. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Data is retained only as reasonably necessary for its purpose, subject to applicable obligations.

5. Sharing

We may share information with authorized platforms at the user's direction and with technical service providers where necessary to deliver requested features. We may also disclose information when legally required. We do not sell user data.

6. Your choices and requests

Users may request access, correction or deletion of personal information and may withdraw connected-platform permissions. Contact us using the address below. Revoking a platform connection does not automatically remove content previously published on that platform.

7. Children

The service is intended for business users and is not directed at children.

8. Changes

We may update this policy as the application evolves. The revision date will be updated when material changes are made.
